 Family Success Centers are community-based, family centered neighborhood gathering places where any community resident can go for family support, information and services.  Staff from our center attend various local and statewide meetings; serve on many taskforces and subcommittees; as well as providing technical assistance and support for two local consortiums: Plainfield Healthy Mothers/Healthy Babies, HM/HB) Plainfield Initiative for Early Childhood Educational Services, (PIECES).
